Wind Farms, Windmills, and Urbanism

The windiest state in America is wyoming. You drive round northern indiana, there's a windmill on every plot of land. It takes time for these practices to switch. I guess my position here is, don't relax environmental standards. If you meet the standards, you get your permit in 90 days. And also, do presont it so it's red, yellow, green. Red stuff, you're never going to build anything there. Green stuff. Right now everything's yellow, which is, let's go to war for a decade or so. We have not decided yet to make this easy,.
