The Fox Dominion Case

Donald Trump is a wannabe crime boss. He rules through threats, some degree of extortion and intimidation. And I think that Donald Trump speaks in code, very similar to how crime bosses speak. So, in terms of graduate staff at law school and the clerk for Bob Sackman to great personal employees of all time, he asked about the Fox Dominion case where we do know a lot in civil litigation. Everybody knows pretty much everything. Just based on your knowledge of the facts and his knowledge of the law, how likely is it that Dominion will prevail?
