Can You Recover From Those Effects?

The body can only adjust its circadian timing by about three hours a day. If you are shifting the timing of your sleep back and forth, then yeah, there's going to be a little bit of consequence to that. You're not going to be getting as much benefit as you would otherwise if you were sleeping within the same circadian phase. And one way to facilitate good rhythms is again, adequate time, good regular timing.
