It's one of those rare cases where a layer of age and decay really just help to strengthen a film's power, i think. It has itself become equivalent to that book of the vampires you find within the yesit it feels very, very credible, very believable as this ancient primary source for this demonic evil. And there's something, ye, there is something kind of magic about it in a strange way,. Watching it right now in 20 22, i think it has become stronger than ever in many respects. You know, amidst the pacings good, the story as good individuals are amazing.
