I think Asheville is one of the big drivers for you guys to go there. So I think what's happened is everyone was looking at Nashville and then they realized that 45 minutes to an hour away, they can live substantially cheaper. You're not going to have some of the same political views that you're going to have in that area. If you take that drive, it's beautiful. Like we took it today. It's awesome. By the way, you were in Nashville last week, right? I was there for like 17 hours just like in. Did you literally just go to Matabolic?
