Azim Azhar's exponential or if you're in the US I believe it's called the exponential age. There's a really helpful book for this moment. Ultimately he concludes that even with these exponential advances in technology, human ingenuity is such that we're always able to not just control that technology but shape it in the direction that we want to it to serve us.
