Coach, What Have You Learned From Other Sports?

The coach that I've learned the most from outside of the coaches I played for was a gentleman by the name of Jack Clark. He's been well over 20 national championships. Lonnie Alameda is a softball coach for FSU and they won an extra championship she's won over 650 games, six ACC championships. So I'm not afraid to step into different sports or even step into different levels and have conversations with NBA coaches, women's basketball coaches, WNBA coaches, soccer coaches, baseball coaches, rugby coaches, volleyball coaches. Because I think everything applies into one. We're teaching and motivating young people. And how best can we communicate what we want to communicate with the changing landscape
