A character has a working world view, and it's based upon propositional knowledge. Propositional knowledge is the kind of things that we sort of figure out in school rit two plus two equals four. The second quadrant is all about procedure knowledge. And what procedurea knowledge is knowing how to do certain things, and doing those things until they fail to get you what they want.
