What Role Would Octavius Play in the New Post Caesar World?
Gaius octavius was adopted out of his biological family by dictator caesar. His mother begged him to refuse the adoption and inheritance, but he rejected this advice in favor of avenge his late uncle's death. Octavius became gaius julius caesar, avianus, caesar's posthumously adopted son. The bulk of the caesar estate had not been left to the citizens of rome; it had been left to him.
