OpenAI: A Framework to Move Fast, Deploy, but Avoid Critical Negative Outcomes
I agree that it is important to move forward with the development and deployment of new technologies. But, I will argue that there is one essential framework to think about this due to competitive pressures. If you slow down a lot, then someone else will build the technology rather than you. And since these technologies come from the commercial sector, the goal for all of us should be a constructive dialogue on what to build. For criticisms, fit as suggestions of what to build towards.
