Marty: Can we talk about the idea of trending troponins until they peak in both cases? The first with a slow incremental rise in the clinically stable patient and the second case where let's say they saw a lesion in the left-circ and they stented it. Marty: If you have a heart failure exacerbation, I don't really see what additional utility you're getting from trending this super low-level troponin until it's officially going down. And hey, it might well go back up to.092, which might be the most frustrating thing on this planet.
