The Shrewd Move to Block Tennessee From Moving Up to Number Three

The Houston Texans made a shrewd move to block out Tennessee from moving up to number three in the NFL draft. Nick Stroud created the only team that could go for three by taking Anderson at two and then picking him at three. It's really what we call freeze the pick. He froze the pick with two, picked Stroud and then he picks the guy he really wanted to pick at two Anderson. And it ends up much better because he gets a guy.
