i think if you look at not just the ceo level, but the level right beneath that, it probably shouldn't be a surprise that the people have risen into the ceo spot amid recent years, have all been men. Once women or a minority group get to between 20 and 30 % of a bigger group, that's when they can impact real change. So i'm hopeful that once things hit that 30% mark in the sea sweed in in management, that’s when you could see real change,. including in that very top, that top roll.
