Nick: Most important thing is really to engage yourself internally within your own firm. At SGH, we actually have requirement once you become a member to seeing your person that you have to be professionally engaged. You want to continue to learn and educate yourself about the professional but also teach people. So my advice is, be it great skilled technician, but look beyond your own firm, your own interest to experience a set of challenges in what you're doing.
