Food Subsidy Crisis in Europe

In Europe, we have something called cap and cap is the common agricultural policy. 40% of all money spent by the US spent on agriculture. Originally the idea was that this money would even out the disadvantages for farmers if they were part of a common agricultural market. But today it's largely a tool to finance French farmers and Eastern European farmers at the expense of everybody else. The result is a super centralized food production in Europe.
