The Supply Chain Issues of Medication
We have medication shortages all over the place. Most of the raw materials that go into our medications are coming out of factories in China and India. In the COVID-19 pandemic, India restricted exports of 13 active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished drugs made from those chemicals. Why to protect its domestic drug supply, China does similar things. And what happens as a result is we have supply chain issues with medications.
