The Story of Robert Mopin and the Mexicans

Robert Mopin and his daughter were confronted by Mexican troops carrying NATO weapons. He warned the troops that their guns weren't legal here, whereas his were. One of the soldiers didn't care and tried to take his daughter's gun. So she backhanded him and quote just about knocked him flat. This story is a convoluted mass. And I don't believe a word of it.
