Step one, list out your stakeholders. Step two, list out moments that matter by stakeholder group and try to identify the gap. And then step three is to prioritize these moments by business value. If you could only move one of these numbers, if there's one place where you could create a 10% increase of people moving through, which of these moments would have the greatest business value for you? Then step four is who? Who are you sending to? What type of video is it? When are you actually going to record and send? And where are you going to do that?
