I Need Gold Stars

erica sasa listener says, i've gotten to the point where i tell my managers and family that i gold star its for job well done. I think she's great that she can say, i need gold stars. Good for her. And nates, a manager will take a lesson and realize, one needs gold stars. Because it is what they need. In recognizing that and then putting it in play is so difficult in the world to day.
