Building in Public

When you know that your audience, how however large it may be, when they understand you why and where it came from, it feels much safer to open up. When we share our journies truthfully, we have to share not just a good stuff, but also our failures and challenges. And if discomfort is the precursor to a growth opportunity, well then so be it. I'll be uncomfortable for a bit if it allows me to become better at what i want to do. It is the mark of a professional contributor to an industry that we have the agency to push ourselves to make things that haven't been done before.
