The Positive Things About the Patient
The patient had bilateral nystagnus, Diplopia and medial rectus palsy. He wasn't unable to do abduction or localize his finger in a test that is called 'finger knows finger' So there are many positive things, but I am very sorry to disappoint you. But he and exam was not performed.
