How to Improve Your Product Team's Operational Mature

We brought in functional teams to explain all the processes and try to provide insights on the users. We made a rule going forward that each research ship would have at least one engineer in attendance as a note taker or something. Then during each research ship, we would document our experience with like a fun video blog of what we learned then share it back with the team at home. So I hope that example helps a bit to show how you might be able to take some of the things that we're talking about and try to improve how you and your team work together.
