Is There a Pent Up Supply in China?

There is some pent up supply on the china side. China has remained committed to the belt road initiative, but because of their response to cove 19, they haven't been able to go out there and in cut deals. One of the things, obviously, is the pledge to be lowcar an, but i think we can also expect some more due diligence and moving into some countries that don't have as much debt distress as some of the traditional customers the chinaas dealt with in the past.
