Portfellow: Most common mistake I see right now in the case studies is when you're sort of doing it using the checklist. You need to critically ask yourselves, what are the most important and relevant aspects or information bits that make up the story? Portfellow: Sometimes it's not about persona, sometimes it's all about understanding the typical mistakes, usability issues. It's great if you can add some metrics, some UX metrics but don't just copy paste any case study.
