Permission to Be the First

What if you've spent years dreaming about more success, visibility, abundance, and expansion… only to finally start getting it and realize that part of you is a little bit terrified because of that whole BELONGING THING? 👀✨

In this episode, we're exploring one of the sneakiest subconscious fears around thriving: the fear of what success might cost us in our relationships and sense of belonging. We're talking about why you might find yourself shrinking your wins, downplaying your excitement, worrying about outgrowing people you love, or even unconsciously holding yourself back because some part of you has learned that being successful = being less relatable, less supported, or more alone.

I'm sharing some very real stories from my own "come up" era (including friendship dynamics I absolutely did NOT see coming 😂), why "lonely at the top" does not have to become your story, and the practices that helped me completely change my relationship with thriving - so that success, visibility, love, support, and belonging could all exist in the same reality. Because they CAN.

You are allowed to thrive.... and to be wildly, deeply loved & celebrated as you do.

90 MIN SESH - Safe to Thrive: Beyond the Gray | Saturday, September 26th 1-2:30pm ET

Back in 2022, I hosted a widely beloved Slingshot session called Going Beyond the Gray, all about the fears that can arise when we leave what Robin Sharma calls "the cult of mediocrity" and allow ourselves to become more successful, visible, and fulfilled. Because thriving can bring up surprisingly deep questions around belonging: What happens when we begin to thrive in areas where people we love are struggling?

Especially when we have big hearts, it can feel selfish or inconsiderate to fully inhabit our joy when someone else is going through a difficult season. We may shrink, downplay our achievements, or leave our own thriving energy in order to remain relatable. We may also FEAR thriving in the first place because of this. In this potent 90-minute session, we'll clear fears around standing out, being judged, outgrowing others, and what people might think or feel as you step into thriving. You don't have to choose between belonging and becoming everything you're meant to be.

MONEY DATE - Next Wealth Normal: Beyond the Financial Gray | Tuesday, September 15th 7-8pm ET

In the theme of feeling safe to thrive, we have to talk about what happens when our subconscious considers skyrocketing to a whole new level of income….and what we believe it might mean to start making significantly more money than the people around us. Because our subconscious minds are hardwired for belonging, we can accidentally adopt the financial ceilings of our families, friends, or communities simply because exceeding them can feel unfamiliar, isolating, or even unsafe. In this Money Date, we're going beyond the financial gray: exploring the invisible upper limits you may have inherited, releasing fears around what others might think or expect of you as you become wealthier, and beginning to make a whole new level of wealth feel normal, safe, and available to you.
