I utilize plasmes for cloning because they're circular, small bits of a dena from bacteria. Once you start transcribing it, it doesn't stop. You just keep it with linea dena, like humans. I then take that bacteria, kill em, lice them. So burst them open, collect all these plasmeds, and then i do somethin called a pc plimrose chain reaction to amplify them even further.
