Zeiss and the Dragon's Isis

Hoid is something of a hoarder of stories as well maybe not necessarily stories and magic. The two are strangely alike in many ways in the cosmere but I see his efforts kind of mimicking what we hear about the dragon's Isis. Oh, maybe it seems like Zeiss says much more non-interventional list. He is living at the bottom of the crimson sea basically just studying. It does make me think of a similar group of dragons that have sort of banded together to collect knowledge and are also maybe gatekeeping that knowledge.
