Democracies Outperform Authoritarians

In terms of the investment thesis itself, I feel like intuitively, it makes sense that more democratic countries will perform better. Authoritarians have much higher growth volatility compared to democracies. Interestingly, our index we track has been very well mainly due to outperformance in countries like Canada, the UK, France, Australia and Switzerland.
