Performance engineering on sas, which i think we never discussed that much about. I have yet to read a sass contract where the vender will commit to a response time. They'll cmmit to an up time. And in fact, many of them will tell you, if you want to run a performance test, you have to co ordinate with their in houseperformance testing organization. There's got to be some organization there who is willing to push the envelope and say, this has got to be fixed.
