How to Make the Most Out of Any Situation

It's pretty easy to set up a scenario where you've actually got exercise selection. I think what people are going to start to get caught up on is progressions once they master, given exercise and the reps do start to get ridiculous. If you want to progress reps some ways to gamify it so it doesn't just become very, very monotonous. You can give yourself something that is just slightly outside of your reach of the number of reps you can get if you train to failure over four sets.
