"There are women who've been saying this for so long why should we have to sort of flail ourselves once again to prove how bad the problem is and you know I take that point," she said. "We're undergoing a collective social exercise of doing that now listening and believing" 'I wouldn't deny women who maybe haven't felt comfortable speaking out about this like some feminist commentators may feel more comfortable speaking out,' she added.
