The Pomodoro method is a way of segmenting your time. It's really saying, okay, I am going to for the next two hours, put on antisocial and just focus on this one task. So if I only allow myself in a lot two hours to focus on that task, then guess what? That's how long it will take me to complete those tasks. Cause I am rewiring my brain to say, okay, you need to jack it up and focus to that next level so you can get stuff done.
