Trying to task is extremely demanding, and it causes a lot of anxiety and weariness in your brain. The slow movement isn't n sarily about focus, but it really is, right? Like, it started with cooking, um,. And i think then it moved into fashion. But if you think about cooking, cooking requires that if you're going to do it well, you slow down. Cooking is such a good reminder of why you have to go slowly. It's so much more important than trying to be fast or being able to multitask at the same time.
