Erica, how were you able to get them comfortable with being vulnerable and sort of recognizing their bias? This is a great question. We use the implicit association tests, which are available online. So we didn't make anyone feel judged. With many smart leaders and assigned flat business, this really helped immensely thinking emotions out of the equation.
