Chronic Pain and the Culture of Cruelty
There is an increased kind of cultural cruelty that exists in a lot of different ways. One example is the way that we talk about the opioid crisis. This has been actually really, i think, good example for the kind of creeping culture of cruelty that's happened. The idea that people have to incur pain and suffering as as sort of unnecessary peace of a healthy society is one that's just as artificial. We should be usi the support for one another as the hall mark of weather or not we're building something radically different.
