The Importance of Inclusion in Design

During 2013 I started getting interested in inclusive design from different perspective but mainly accessibility but also gender. How can we design for all gender identities instead of only two? I was kind of disturbed by that. Well it was this workshop and we were asked to divide into teams of only male or only female attenders. And there were people there who were transgender but who didn't have the guts to speak up about it or to do something about it.
