Narcissists are also codependent. They have a lack of self-worth. It just is their protector parts that show up for them to minimize their wound. Nobody's a bad person. These are just parts showing up to try and distract their inner system from feeling pain. But for all of us, including narcissists, it's a beautiful thing.
