Aidan: I don't think anybody's played D&D, but we can teach them. That's one of the magical things about D&D is like even there are a ton of rules that you can learn,. But it's also just so much of it is made fun by just the creativity in the moment. So it doesn't have to be like your min-maxing the entire time. No, and none of my games are there min-maxers. It's fun to have flaws.

Nicole van der Hoeven is a YouTuber, developer advocate for k6, and Dungeons and Dragons lover. For the last five months, she has organized her life inside of task and knowledge management app Obsidian. We discuss how she uses Obsidian for her YouTube creation, Dungeons and Dragons playing, friendships, and consulting. We talk about how many second-brainers overcomplicate their systems.
