Shouldn't Companies Just Be Hiring These People?

Large companies who don't pay tax should 'reach into their pockets and just throw money at this' But there's a bit of a double edged sword hit to be aware of. Companies will always take, as they do with tacxs, the path of least resistance. Opens them up to all kinds of complexity that they just don't want to deal with. I think a foundation would be great that dealt specifically with this kind of thing when there's so many millions or billions involved.
