How to Accept Your Strengths and Weaknesses

I'm doing pretty good on that after two or three years work. I have a ton of strengths, my weaknesses are around routine tasks and sticking to organizational tasks. But there's still part of my brain that says you'd be better if you were more organized. So I've still got niggling bits of non-acceptance that I'm still working for. The process of working on it is almost as valuable as actually achieving the thing you're working towards.
