The Problem With Left and Right Decisions

Hospitals have a list of never events, things that should never ever happen in a hospital. But the big thing surgeons get wrong is they amputate the wrong leg. The problem is because we say left and right rather than right and left. It's just that some people have to put more of an effort into judging left from right.
