It's really about the 20 gods on a roster. You know, when you put seven people on the line of the national champmanship, and only five of them score. And so it's creating a roll for every one. Last year we had a mo montre. We gave our athletes three options when they come to practice, good, great or selfish. Everything else is thinking about the group. It's always a choice.
