I thought I would have had more of a work-life balance by this stage in my principal journey. In reality it's the boiler last week it's one off on sick next week and it doesn't matter. When it's your business when it's your bank loan when it'syour mortgage on the line it's on your shoulders. The myth is that you'll have a tough couple of years and then it's all fired and badly from that because yeah but you're still smiling, he says.
