When we see ourselves in someone else and think to ourselves, wow, I could be that if I dot dot dot, our natural reaction is to beat ourselves up. So as we beat ourselves up and we point out our shortcomings, what does that do psychologically that makes us feel more insecure? And so intimidation is not about that person being different. It's actually about that personbeing the same.
