I don't think this period of volatility is going to change or go away Whether it's crisis or just other change you know Amidst all of that volatility it does feel like your personal sense of purpose and why in true north? Seems like a touchstone that you can come back to as you're navigating those things. I would work through some of the exercises and I'd form a small group. You don't fully understand your life story And tell it to other people. This is hard workThis is not easy because you have to be very open and authentic and it requires a certain vulnerability.
