So let's say I wake up and I have some anxiety. Do I need to identify the trigger? Like something happened? Well, it's a starting point. The important question is what did you do with that thought? Did you leave it alone? Or did you do something with it? Try to plan ahead. It could be a planning process where you plan. So if this happened, then I would do that. If that happens, we'll talk about it later.
