A lot of us wind up initiating in these very subtle ways. We're trying to just tiptoe around it or just do the bare minimum that might give my partner the sense I'm trying to initiate because we're trying to avoid vulnerability. "I think it's important for us to all be brave and be courageous and embrace that vulnerability," she says. Here are some of the options that you could do, including creating a sex menu.
