The Importance of Code Absolutism

Code absolutism. One being like the fact that most most laws don't really apply to everyone even when there's like examples of people who's like these grandparents whose houses were seized because their grandchild was selling marijuana. And yeah, another example is thinking about the the end result of the laws in addition to to that. Another I think the separation of powers is kind of possibly a good example of how one might implement a system whereby the kind of initial decision was was made using code and then have another like direct democracy type situation where if you you were to appeal, then that'll go to human human judgment.
