Injecting paratendin, doing some PRP into the tendon, and then starting your loading program. And are you using ultrasound cord or injection into the parat endin? Yeah, yeah. But again, it's got to be followed by, you know, eccentric program and so on - not straight away because you need a little bit of time to settle down.
