Running Symptoms
A lot of people tend to focus on whether it's bothering them or not. We can give ourselves a bit of a green light when you can run symptom free, but I know if you mis-manage it for quite a long time, it gets quite irritated. That warm up effect sort of becomes less and less like sometimes you could warm up and then be pain free. If it's mismanaged and getting quite severe, you still get that warm up effect, but then that instead of zero out of 10, turns into a one, then it turns into a two. So, you know, we need to be really careful, not give ourselves that green light.
